By creating an account or using the Fitqube app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


2. Use of Service

Fitqube is intended for personal fitness tracking, scheduling, and social interaction with other users. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.


3. User Content

You are responsible for any content you post or share in Fitqube, including workout logs, messages, photos, and comments.
You agree not to post or share anything that is illegal, offensive, hateful, or violates any laws or rights of others. Fitqube reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.


4. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the requirements of GDPR. We only collect the data needed to provide and improve the Service. 5. No Medical Advice

Fitqube is not a medical service. The information provided in the app, including user-generated content, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.


6. Modifications and Termination

Fitqube may update or change these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.


7. Limitation of Liability

Fitqube and its creators are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to health issues, lost data, or unauthorized access.


8. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by Fitqube (except user content) is owned by Fitqube and protected by copyright and trademark laws.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
